ECES initiated the project in cooperation with The National Bank of Egypt in order to develop a deep understanding of the demand for the jobs of white and blue collars in Egypt.

I was responsible for all phases of the project:

1. Web Scraping: Using python
2. Data Collection: Using the scraper to collect more than 60,000 jobs per quarter
3. Data cleaning: using numpy, pandas, and google sheets
4. Explanatory data analysis: using google sheets, matplotlib, and seaborn
5. Data presentation: four fully interactive dashboards that cover all the aspects of demand for jobs in the Egyptian labor market
